"Cocoa Boutique Hotel has a lot going for it, especially its exceptional staff. A special thank you to Josephine, the receptionist/supervisor, who truly stood out. She is gentle, pleasant, and an excellent problem solver who immediately puts guests at ease. Josephine demonstrates true leadership skills (and the outlook of a professional). The made to order breakfast was also well-received. Yummy!
