“I was given the wrong room type however the manager Lorenzo I believe was his name immediately took care of me. The massage I received at the spa was AMAZING!!! The only issue was the pool/hot tub outside needed to be cleaned it had to many bugs floating. Every staff member was very friendly. Overall we enjoyed our Sister Trip!”

“Check in was a horrible experience. You have to rent beach chairs even though you're staying on property. Does not come with the basic necessities. Elevators went out multiple times and the host response was that it wasn't their problem and to contact someone on-site. The door code stopped working and it took 2 hours to sort out and I was stuck outside in the pouring rain. However, place was spacious!”

We had the pool to ourselves and loved it. No issues with the unit that we were in. Convenient location. Great for the family even with kids. ”
