“The good things about this resort was the pool and beach areas. We also liked the numerous pools around the property if you didn't want to go to the big pool near the beach. That's was about it everything else we did not appreciate. We stayed in villa 602 that needs major updating before it is rented again. “Upon arrival we noticed the parking was terrible, very tight signage wasn’t great to figure out where you were supposed to park. The elevators were down the first day which made doing anything nearly impossible unless you wanted to tackle 16 flights of stairs. “The beach view is incredible. You could not ask for a better view. The resort is family friendly, we had so much fun. We didn’t have much dealing with staff other than at gate checkins and they were all wonderful. The condo was clean enough. It had dust in the vents that we actually worried about and the washer/dryer combo was a bit rundown as are the appliances. The microwave was broken and you had to juggle it around to get it to work. Also, the washcloths could definitely be replaced. But the……
