“The property was nice. Had a Caribbean vibe. However I found it no different than a Holiday Inn. It was really just another hotel. I didn't like that we were restricted from ordering certain things on the menu from one of the restaurants. Not because it was available but because it was something from the kids menu. Something that they didn't offer on the adult menu. The other restaurant would not seat you in the restaurant in the morning. You had to sit outside or at a table close to the……

“Clean, friendly staff, pool is small but nice, bar is decent.”

“The resort is in need of updating. The problem is maintenance. The front door to my room lock screws came out. I had to screw back in with a dime. The iron board was broke and had to get another one. The kitchen sink had food in it. The microwave light could not be turned off. The floor was dirty in the bathroom and the sitting area. The towels had hair in them and I had to get new towels. The staff is very nice and friendly. You must empty the trash before you leave your room.”

“Quarto antigo e com muito barulho vindo de fora e música interna. Academia deixa a desejar. Funcionários com pouca simpatia. Minha chave parou de funcionar e fui pedir para reativar e a pessoa me tratou com desrespeito. Tinha ido na academia e estava sem meu passaporte oq óbvio que deixei no quarto e parecia que a pessoa estava me fazendo um enorme favor em resolver algo que foi problema do próprio hotel que por sinal é bem antigo. Bonito por fora, deixa a desejar por dentro.”

“I grew up in Virginia Beach and always wanted to stay here after it was built. What a waste of space! The room we were given faced a parking lot, out toilet didn’t work- my husband had to fix it, we ran out of soap and when we asked for more they just put a bottle I. Our room and not set it up in the shower. We asked them to freshen up the room. They only made up one of the two beds and didn’t do the next day. Never again! ”
