“Room looks nothing likes its picture. Found ourselves in a dark room with frosted glass. Windo could only be opened a couple of inches. When looking over the frosted bit we realised why it couldn’t open completely as it looked over the building with the laundry and the sauna. Bit surprised we could see into sauna. Power cut this morning but not hotel fault. Would have been nice stay but for the dark room with view. That’s not what I paid for or in any of the pictures”

“Overall an okay stay, our room had a funny smell when we first went in, however we kept being disturbed by door banging in the corridors most of the night as they didn’t have soft closing door hinges on them and the rooms aren’t very sound proof, also not much choice food wise on the menu for anyone who is a fussy eater so had to walk out to find somewhere to eat, also found the hotel quite dark when you walk into reception and not overly appealing, in comparison to other hotels.”
