“A quiet getaway near the heart of University City, this home was a perfect jumping off point for exploring Philly and getting our son set up for a month-long program at Penn, just a short walk away. It was hot during our stay, but we slept cool inside and still very much enjoyed the gorgeous, shady garden. Our host Ivy was very helpful and responsive. We would love to return!”

“We were in town for lacrosse event. Complete remodel. ask for wifi, not listed. House is ideal for multiple families. Recommended for older, mobile kids. Need car if young kidddos. Not great walkable area but several places to eat nearby. Parking a little tricky if leaving car throughout day. Checking in and out easy. Only negative was house had limit stock of kitchen glasses, no paper towels and dirty dishes in cabinets. No soaps or shampoos, bring your own. Property manager was very kind about……

“I booked for one night to celebrate a birthday. The host was so nice and very accommodating; I was allowed to decorate and check out a little late the next day! The only small issue was getting the check-in info a little late.
