I liked the hotel and the staff was very nice, my room was very clean, the only thing was it wasn't the room choice I had booked

Our stay was during the very beginnings of the Coronavirus crisis which shut down everything in the hotel. There were very few quests and they offered nothing to the guests. Not even a coffee after 9:00 a.m. they had room service but that was it. When we checked out they did even mention a discount because nothing was available to guest, gym, pool closed, nothing. I’ll play my bill but they should have offered a discount for services not offered. I was so disappointed with this hotel and I will stay there again.
