Every single staff member went above and beyond to make sure our stay was exceptional. The hospitality, warm friendliness, and meticulous attention to detail made us feel pampered every second of our vacation. "It was great! My only complaint is we booked the penthouse suite and there were a total of 105 and 5 stairs to get to our suite! it was exhausting! Oh and I did not like the cats on site. Other than that, beautiful place. I don't recommend booking a ride with the hotel.....the prices were ridiculous!!"
