“Great experience. Spent 2 nights before Christmas, the steak and pork rib in The Cove was one of the best on the island, the drink, cocktails and wine offered in bars were also amazing. All staff were attentive, even though sometimes was a bit slow when many customers came. The new Asian style restaurant charged us certain amount which we didn’t order, the staff explained that was a mistake due system error. There might still be some thing can be improved.”

“The staff was AMAZING! Caroline, Zenia, and V were just perfect. Leah was super nice too! Room was ok…. Needs some updates and the water pressure in the shower was a trickle when turned to hot. Water never really got hot. Some days it was luke warm. Views from room were stunning. Bed was comfortable. The frogs were crazy loud and were in the room area w the rocks. Made it very hard to sleep and relax. Food was an average. It took well over an hour no matter if order was placed for room service……

Owners, Alicia and Roger, were very helpful. Alicia worked with the list of things we wanted to do and created an itinerary to experience the best of Soufriere, to save driving time and be there at optimal times to avoid crowds.....including great local restaurants serving authentic food, beaches and nature experiences.
