“Horrendous stay - received a voicemail mid-stay to say we had to move out the hotel as they were closing with immediate effect (mid afternoon during the 2nd day of a 3 night stay). Knowhere near a 5\* hotel though prior to this. Bottle of Vodka within the mini bar in our room had been opened and half drunk. Lipstick all over one of the glasses within the room. Flawed layout in the floor meant the shower door was always leaking on the floor (in the hall of the room). ”

Unfortunately the floors were very dirty with dust and broken biscuits, even the bedsheets had also not been changed since the previous guests' departure.
