Hotel was perfect seaside resort. Featuring a nice private beach, large pools, spa, etc., everything needed for a special getaway weekend. Our of the 100's of hotels I have stayed at, this ranks #1 for the level of genuine service provided, from check-in, concierge, beach staff, restaurants (several), everyone is attentive and always making sure everything is perfect. There isn't anything within walking distance of the hotel, but why leave paradise?

I enjoyed this stay far more than I would have thought. I stayed at the Pullman a couple of weeks prior and I prefer the Crowne Plaza. Upon arrival, I was provided a free upgrade, which made everything better--and a close tie with the 5-star Fairmont in Manila, which I just left. I very much delighted in my stay at this hotel, which feels like it just opened this year with how clean it is, but it's not the best location--it stands with the Intercontinental in its own space of land.
