“The room was really dark and I didn't like the open plan layout with the toilet in the bedroom (no privacy). The room décor was tired and the jacuzzi didn't work. Only 5 hangers which the staff quickly remedied. Lovely long decking area but it hadn't been cleaned and had no decking furniture so you couldn't sit outside. “Absolutely fantastic 3 night stay at Cavendish House! Good things: Clean; had a well equipped kitchen ( the milk, orange juice and bottle of wine in the fridge was a lovely surprise!); communication with Chris was excellent; secure onsite parking was a big bonus; location is great - walking distance to Waitrose and all the shops/restaurants/castle/train station Bad things: NOTHING! Would recommend to anyone going to Windsor to stay at Cavendish House, we know we will definitely be back”

“Was here for a 2-night stay for work. Free parking on drive of property, take care coming out, as restricted view of road. Greeted by Sigrid who was pleasant and provided good local information. Mini fridge and table on landing with snacks (need to pay for them). Also in fridge was fresh milk for tea and coffee in your room. My room was lovely with ensuite and seperate toilet (in room). “The apartment itself was very well appointed and exactly as advertised. The elevator in the building was out of order as such it was quite exhausting carrying all the luggage to the top floor. The parking is convenient but quite tight.”
