“Arrive 4-5pm On31/12.hotel said the room have problem. So he gave us the room in the next hotel name Gem premier luxury hotel. The hotel said that they gave us an upgrade to a bigger and more luxury room. Which is not true at all!!!!!!(pls see the photo1-4)This room is on the 2nd floor on the left side from lift. The floor wasnt clean, the wall paper and furniture was old, and the window is facing a wall!) After that we went directly to lobby to refuse staying in that room and request to cancel……
