"When I checked-in there was a huge paddle of water on the floor in the restroom. The toilet didn’t flush at all and AC didn’t work as well. It was horrible experience. No one was able to assist me because I checked in late.I couldn’t take a shower after the long trip, nor was I able to use a toilet. Next morning the employees wasn’t able to help me either.
