“The room and facilities are amazing as the preview shoes. However, I have requested a large bed during book but eventually 2 single beds were arranged. And we complaint to the manager but she kept passing the buck instead of giving her best effort to help and arrange. This seriously ruined our overall experience in the hotel. I keep it fair while reviewing the hardware of the hotel but the overall experience and attitude did disappoint me a lot in such a lovely place in Ibiza”

“This is a beautiful and perfect hotel. I came with my daughter and just loved everything about it. Plenty of sunloungers with amazing tunes playing whilst sunbathing. Lovely pool area. Breakfast had everything you could ask for and was delicious. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Our room was gorgeous- suite with sea view. Cannot fault it at all. It takes about 10-15 mins to walk into town but lovely easy walk and much nicer being slightly away from the strip. Don’t hesitate to book!”
