“This is the HORRIBLE hotel I've ever stayed in my life. They don't qualify as five-star hotel, I think they are one start. I stayed four nights and paid more than US$600 a night, but it wasn't worth it. 1. The room is so small that water leaks into the windowsill after it rains, and the pillows and rooms smell awkward. Also the bed is to soft and uncomfortable, we need to sleep to another side to avoid headstand feeling. 1. I called the dry towel three times the next night and waited for……

“The location is perfect, walking distance from several stations and the airport Roissy Bus stop. The room is modern and clean and tidy. The amenities are of high quality. The staff are genuinely helpful and friendly. The only downside is that there were some construction work going on at the hotel and totally blocking all the view of the room and occasionally there were workers right outside our windows. We basically kept our curtains closed during our entire stay.”

Everyone in the hotel is friendly and kind, always with a sincere smile when greeting hotel guests- they so call friends :) The room is well organized with a lovely terrace, the view is nice, bedding is very comfy. Must try their breakfast, it’s fresh and healthy, of course very Paris. I will definitely come back to Hotel Lancaster and recommend to all of my friends! ”
