“Communication with the host was very good. The house was clean and spacious. Very close to downtown and Busch Stadium. The area was quite not much in the way of quick shopping needs. Overall good stay.”

“Located within 10 minutes of most family attractions. Very clean and modern. Family area a little limited on seating if all want to gather in that area but overall excellant accomodations.”

“The property was well decorated and in a nice neighborhood. There were several “essentials” provided. However, the following essentials were missing: Blankets for the 2 roll away bedsBath towels for 8 guestsKitchen sponges/towelsLaundry detergent I contacted the host right away, which turned out to be a management company out of Vegas. They said they would fix these issues but never supplied the missing essentials. As far as cleanliness, two of the beds had a dirty top sheet and the couch...

“The house worked very well for our 3 families, and was very conveniently located for all the activities we did. They’ve done a very nice job of converting an older property into a nice vacation rental for a large group. The host was very responsive to all of our inquiries. ”

Enjoyed my complimentary coffee on the patio. Apartment was clean, cool and very accommodating for my 17 year old son and me, and two of his friends. Highly recommend!”

“Excellent space to stay for a mid size group right near Soulard. The property itself was very clean and easy to access. We had parking right outside the house plus a space that is enclosed in the back, which was great because we had two cars. When we come back to visit, would stay again. There are also some adorable bunnies that we believe reside in the backyard, which was a precious additional treat. Good value for the stay as well. We had no issues throughout our stay.”

“Stayed with family for a SLU graduation, and greatly enjoyed all aspects of the stay, from the seamless communication with the hosts, delightful interior design of the homes, and multiple sleeping spaces. This location is a gem and I cannot speak highly enough of the experience!”

“Great, convenient property. Very clean and modern. It is just like the description and pictures on listing. There were 3 adults and 2 children, ages 11 and 13 in our party. It was very comfortable for all of us to spread out and have our own beds. We went to City Museum, zoo, Grant’s Farm, and The Arch while there. Location of property was great for all these sites. It does have 3 levels so be mindful of many stairs. We were fine with that as saw that in description. Host always...
