"I was quiet and pleasant. The gentleman at the front desk was very polite and professional. The chef was so friendly and provided exceptional customer service. He assisted my daughter with breakfast for the entire family that she insisted he receive a great review. "

"Stayed there for two nights with my 10 year old son. The room was clean. Bed was comfortable, sheets were clean and breakfast was good. The walls were a little thin and you could faintly hear through the walls. A white noise app on my phone was able remediate it. The location was perfect for Ripken. 5 minutes to get there and a very easy drive. It was walking distance to restaurants. It is more expensive than other lodging choices in the area, which is a good thing if you don’t want long term occupants next door to you and you’re traveling with your family. If we do Ripken again this is a great choice if the Courtyard at Ripken is booked or too expensive. I would stay here again."

"My family's overall stay was great. My 2 boys loved the pool and breakfast. Only issue was that one of the elevators was not working making it a little hectic going up and down being we were on the top floor. But will definitely be staying again "
