“Check in was a breeze, communication with property manager was flawless, and kitchen facilities were used with no problems. The neighbor Calvin gave us great tips and suggestions for our first time in the city. Parking every time was right out front, on street. Comfy and cozy home away from home. “Loved the convenience to a beach and Boston. Twin beds in one of the rooms or a pull out couch would have been better for our family of 5. Glad to have a parking spot but it felt a little far away. The condo was clean and well equipped for our needs. Two tvs made it fun for the kids and parents to split up while relaxing. Loved the balcony too. The communication with the property manager was great and we appreciated being able to drop off luggage at 3; would have loved an earlier check in.……

“Wonderful host & house. Victor was quick to respond to questions and got the propane refilled in no time. The little touches like coffee pods & tea bags were so welcome! Having a washer & dryer to use was great too. The area was quieter than we expected & an easy enough walk to the grocery/pharmacy if one chose to. The house was spotless and the linens were very nice. We will definitely recommend this to anyone going to Boston who doesn’t want to be in the downtown area. ”

“Great convenient quiet location . Air conditioning worked great on warm days. Lots of room for our party of 4 adults, 1 teen.Only clarification: listing shows 2.5 baths, but it’s actually 1.5 baths. 1 full with shower/tub downstairs and toilet/sink upstairs.”

“Great for being close to the beaches of Marshfield. Very clean. Daily room cleaning and restocking of coffee etc had to be requested. Overall great and would book it again! ”
