“The place and room itself is beautiful. There is a large amount of room for the price you pay. The problem we had was not with the appearance or cleanliness of the room or facility. The problem was that we stayed there three nights and it was near impossible to get a good nights sleep there. This is primarily because you can hear EVERY footstep of the people in the room above you. Either they continually stomp or there is very poor insulation. You could hear the heavy footfalls up to 11:30pm and……

We tried to find out if we could get into the unit earlier than the general arrival time. Phone numbers provided went to voicemail, text was responded to but never got a message back about it.”
