“On arrival our host, Mal, gave us a warm welcome. Our room was spotless with added touches such as fresh flowers, chocolates and refrigerated bottled water. There was an good choice for breakfast, all excellently freshly cooked by Mal. We stayed for five nights and felt very much at home. We would thoroughly recommend staying here.”

“Ideally placed in the centre of Knaresborough, we were welcomed warmly. The room was lovely with a generous bathroom attached. Plenty of teabags, coffee and hot chocolate sachets and fresh milk was kept in a small fridge. The chocolate was a nice touch alongside the complementary biscuits. It was very quiet and the breakfast was delicious. We will certainly visit again. ”

“Myself and two friends stayed here as we were watching a concert in Leeds city centre. Location is fine and really easy to get a taxi into the city. Really quiet area. Ron is a great host and the rooms were fine. I would recommend this hotel if visiting Leeds as the price is great. ”

“Good location and close to old town, parking available with limited space. Good breakfast and the attitude of hosts are cool. Hosts didn't allow to extend the parking to 2-3 hours after check out at 1000. Their check in time is after 1500 and the hosts reject the request looks cold attitude. “It's a beautiful, cozy and comfortable home with nice common areas (living room with TV and nicely equiped kitchen with stove oven and fridge. We can also the washer and dryer, if needed.
