September 2015 stay
Stayed as a couple. The hotel is up an extremely steep hill , has many steps to other areas and is therefore fairly inaccessible for disabled (less mobility) guests.
the hotel has many excellent facilities , the sea view superior room seemed to be smaller than we had believed it would be with a very small shower area and cut off toilet area.
There seemed to be always a queue for dinner.
Suggestion is to have the music entertainment longer than until 11:15pm.
We tried to change the 'allocated 2 evening meals' with half board, for one to coincide with a birthday, unfortunately we were advised by the dining coordinator that nothing was available on that night in the greek restaurant.
We asked for restaurants outside, and were told one did not know - we found later there were 3 within 100 yards from the hotel !
We made our own arrangement just outside the hotel at the Marbella Taverna and enjoyed a most delicious traditional greek meal there instead.
One night there was no hot water at all, there are not sufficient lifts .
Plenty of loungers for everybody, the best ones near the kids pool.
There are no places for simple snacks rather than formal lunches.
Unless you check the notice board, nobody will volunteer information on activities day/evening.
Apart from that we had a most enjoyable hotel stay
