“The hostel was clean and comfortable. Room and bathrooms were very clean. Kitchen was well stocked.
The view from the panoramic lounge was amazing and it was well stocked with board games and toys for the children to play with. Torridon is a short walk away with a general store and there is a lovely cafe nearby too. ”

“Lovely property in a remote location with views all around. A small family staff manage to cover all the main jobs (check in, bar, cooking, restaurant service, breakfast etc), remaining calm throughout. Rooms are comfortable, warm and well supplied. Our meals in the restaurant were excellent. Nice lounge for drinks from the bar and evening games.”

“Loved everything about Shieldaig. Managers, bar tenders, David at the Falconry. Top notch individuals who truly made our stay special. They were Sincere, dedicated and knowledgeable from falconry to fine whiskeys!!!! Cant say enough. Hope to return!!!!”
