"We spent a good week at Les 3 Vaches. It is compact living but with different items to spot where ever you look! (open the dresser draws and find the TV!). The Gite is well set in the Normandy country side with good access to local shopping, eating and a large variety of different places to visit. Our hosts were very welcoming and gave lots of ideas for visits (country side, walks, Castles, animal parks etc.). We were not able to 'do' everything we wished to see! "After not thinking we would be able to holiday due to Covid this was the perfect relaxing retreat. Everything was as we had expected. The log cabin was well equipped and comfortable. The gifts on arrival ( goats cheese , apple juice, jam and cider ) were all lovely and a nice touch. Roaming chickens and cats were an added delight with some eggs given to us in the week. "We stayed, a family of five for a week, over Christmas. The house and location were absolutely lovely! We particularly liked the big open plan living area, fireplace (added bonus that it has a glass door so no smoke, plus lots of wood!), and the lovely large dining table. The games room of course is a fantastic bonus. The location is ideal - so quiet in the gorgeous countryside with some nice walking, and a few minutes drive from Cormeilles with the little shops and the great supermarket. We...
