The room was ok , but not as clean as it could have been , there were some stains on the carpet and a lot of dust on the top of our headboard , etc . The pool didn’t work which is one of the reasons we chose the hotel . The person that I spoke to the day before we checked in and said that it was being worked on, and it might be fixed the next day but he couldn’t promise .
Upon check in the very very sweet girl that worked at the front desk said no, it’s not expected to be ready for a couple weeks.
It has been very icy in Vermont , walking to the room from our car was very slick , and some of the landings outside were glare ice . The girl at the front desk offered to give us some rock salt to take with us and then discovered she didn’t have any . I suggest contracting someone to sand the lots and walkways before someone gets hurt .
Tv was messed up, channels scrambled and not coming in. Girl at desk said they had recently switched her providers and there were issues .
Overall the bed was comfy and our stay wasn’t bad , but there are definite needs for better housekeeping and maintenance .
The girl at the desk whose name I don’t recall was so nice !

Wow, just wow! My high school friend and I met up at Prospect Berkshires for a girls weekend. We had an incredible time relaxing by using all the amenities. The staff are so helpful and profession.

We stayed in the main building and loved the attention to holidays and activities for the family from movie nights to painting and face painting. The room was clean, the facilities were well kept. Overall a great stay and service was wonderful.
