“This house is lovely, well stocked and comfortable. Beds were clean and very comfortable. The drive from the Richmond airport was super easy until about the last two twisty miles; if you are arriving after dark, study the map so you know what to expect. I loved that it was so close to Shenandoah National Park. We ate at the Blue Ridge Cafe in Ruskerville (recommend) then entered at the Swift Run entrance then drove south and came out just a couple miles from the house. Heads up to……

“What a lovely home, thoughtfully decorated and fantastic location! We found the communication with the owners was super great, check in and check out were seamless. The fireplace on the outside porch was a very nice treat! The home has everything you need from lush bath towels, ample cookware, etc. the downstairs was a great play room for kids, with an air hockey table. We will definitely be back as we enjoy the wine and brewery area this home is so close to. ”

“We had a really nice stay for a few nights in April. Comfortable, clean, spacious. Beds were comfortable, air conditioning worked well, kitchen had everything we needed. A evening at the fire pit was also great (bought fire wood from a small convenience store a few miles away. Convenient to our favorites (Devil's Backbone, Blue Mountain, Hazy Mountain, Pollak). Also a great spot for heading up Skyline Dr for day hiking.”

“We couldn’t have be more pleased with our stay at Blue Ridge Beau. The cottage seemed new and beautifully decorated, and was amazingly well appointed. We had fun trying out the fire pit and learning to use the pour over coffee system. The beds were oh so comfortable, and I was impressed with details like kitchen cabinets with labels on all the contents (making it easy to find anything you might need) and the plentiful electrical outlets throughout. “The home was very clean and comfortable. Just the right size for the 5 of us. The home is close to wineries/breweries and a great pool, hot tub and patioto enjoy.The only downside was the very busy and loud Route 151 that runs in front of the home. Lots of loud truck traffic ”

“Our stay at the Afton Clubhouse was absolutely wonderful and would recommend this property to anyone! Jamie and her BSG Team were awesome hosts, providing the door code shortly before check-in.
