“Nouveau propriétaire depuis un mois, ils sont sympathiques cependant cela n’excuse pas la propreté de la salle de bain, avons loué 2 chambres, les miroirs, vitres de douches (avec cheveux) et vanités étaient très sales, tâches d’éclaboussures de pâte à dent, pas d’eau dans la douche et évier, le lendemain matin lorsque nous les avons informé, ils nous dit qu’ils devaient activer la pompe ! Mon matelas était complètement creusé. Pas de télé, la piscine a besoin de rénovation…..dommage très bel……

“Very safe feeling neighborhood. No problem walking around at night. The hotel complex is also safe and comfortable. The staff were extremely nice and helpful, especially the manager Jesus. Pool was clean and refreshing. There are lot flowers and plants which blow a lot leaves and petal in the pool in the windy afternoons. It makes for a lot of laughs trying to keep them out. The beach is about 6 to7 blocks but very walkable. There is a pizza place a block and a half and a restaurant named……

“Communication from the owner was excellent. The staff was amazing and patient with our lack of Spanish. The food was delicious and made dining stress free for my wife and me. The grounds and pool were also quite nice. If “bang for your buck” is a priority, I recommend La Maracuya. It’s a little remote, but we wanted some quiet time, and the location didn’t prevent us from exploring. We visited the pacific beaches and El Valle de Anton via rental car. Thanks for caring for us during our stay!”

“It was an amazing stay, we went there for our anniversary and we had such a great time! The room was squeaky clean, the staff was very helpful always able to help with suggestions and making our stay as comfortable as possible, the beach is a few steps away and the beach chairs were so comfy. Nos dejaron varados en la playa sin lugar donde quedarnos y no hubo ni la decencia de llamarnos y explicar la situación. Tanto expedía como casa naturaleza B &B se portaron horrible.
