“What a spectacular find in Jeddah. Usually I would stay further south in the city. However, this location is so much better. It's safer. It's closer to a world of choices of food to pick from. On top of all these, the service is great, the place is kept clean and the food provided is abundant and clean. ”

“The hotel was excellent except for one part. When we checked in first the room was smell so bad but then Ms. Gaida from guest relationship transfer us to much better room. Ms. Gaida was an excellent person and deserve 10 stars. One problem that the phone operator will never picks up the phone when you hit 0 from the room. During our 4 days in the hotel they would never answer the calls and when you go down they will tell you they are busy.”

“Nice rooms, but just a bit noisy. Breakfast was fine, excellent service from Jafar, Mohamed and Haneef. They were so polite and made sure everything was okay. I found the entire breakfast crew a 10 out of 10. Staff at reception lobby was not that polite and nice. No hello of welcome when coming in the hotel, no goodbye when walking out the hotel. They didn’t seemed very interested in the guests. Pool was just fine, a bit out dated but okay. Gym had plenty of equipment. Plenty of choice at……

“Everything was great, the room is very nice, location is walking distance to the beach and to some of many great restaurants and shops. The staff are very welcoming, they even brought me a birthday cake since it was my birthday, which was really appreciated.”
