Cozy one-bedroom cabin situated on 30 acres along the Rio Grande River. This newly remodeled cabin is equipped with all the modern essentials and large covered decks. The property is just minutes from local restaurants and brewery’s in historic Del Norte.

Located with direct and easy access to the river (150 yards) for fishing, rafting, and kayaking. Across the highway - a short few minute walk - is the Del Norte riverwalk and the river’s whitewater park: the Play Wave.

This high valley oasis is 35 minutes from Wolf Creek Ski Area, know for ‘the most snow in Colorado’ and an hour from the Great Sand Dunes National Park. Enjoy the solitude the tree covered property acreage provides along with the natural wildlife.

Explore the region’s abundant hiking and biking trails: Trails & Maps - Del Norte Trails Hike Bike Del Norte Colorado. World class rock climbing at Penitente Canyon is a 20 min drive north.
