"Overall the hotel was great. The room could have been a little better cleaned. For example, I stepped on someone’s discarded hair elastic in the bathroom, but it was small and one of those transparent ones, so I could overlook that as all the towels were clean and nicely presented. The one thing I can’t overlook though is the couch. We got a king suite that had a pull out sofa - it was just the 2of us, but we like the idea of a sitting area so we’re not just piled up on the bed watching tv or talking. This hotel is pet friendly- no problem, but, the sofa was stained so badly! I don’t even want to know what the stains could have been from, but I’m choosing to believe that they were pet stains. I was able to flip over one of the cushions, but the others were stained on both sides. And there was an unpleasant oder coming from the couch too. Thankfully the bed was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was pretty good. We did not try out the pool because it was very busy when we looked. It’s worth a stay if you’re there just overnight like we were. If the couch had been in better condition it would have been a great stay."
