The walls were really thin and you could hear everyone. Their pillows are half the size of a typical pillow. The neighborhood felt really unsafe.

one of the lady’s at the front desk were pretty rude while I was checking in, i only asked a question and she kind of snapped back at me which wasn’t necessary :’) and then the shower we used would only let out hot water ( scorching hot water btw) & I’m used to taking hot showers but the water was way over hot

The two young men working the front desk on Monday evening were both very professional, helpful, welcoming, and pleasant. The rooms exceeded expectations as well. I travel for work often and have many options on hotels, but when I am in Albuquerque I hope to stay here from now on. Thank you for your hospitality!

The room was decent however the tv didn’t work and I had to use my iPhone to watch tv and that had trouble connecting. The window shade was broken and we had to wait to have it fixed which delayed our dinner. There were flies in the breakfast area and the one and only treadmill was broken. Very disappointing

There was only one working light in the bathroom plus the fan was really noisy. As a room for disabled persons, I didnt like that the grab bar in the tub/shower was too slick.

This property is in a TERRIBLE part of town. Homeless people everywhere around the hotel. The hotel itself is very rundown and old. We only stayed there because it was directly off of the freeway and we were exhausted due to traveling cross country. I would not recommend this location nor would I ever stay there again! We couldn’t get out of there fast enough!

Alot of homeless around, security guard circling the parking lot, inside the hotel seemed clean, the room we got was a 2 queen, the shower head needs replaced it wasnt working good and the faucet in the bathtub was leaking when u turn it on shower, there were scratches on the back of the door where someones dog scratched it, alot of people brought their dogs with them...beds were comfortable and sheets seemed clean, If you pay on Expedia when u arrive they still charge you another $50 bucks for ur room they say ull get it back...i have yet yo receive it credited back 🙁wasnt too happy about that Breakfast was decent...it was free...

Albuquerque has some rougher areas in general, so we were pleased to find that this hotel felt relatively safe and secure, and was in an area somewhat away from the rough stuff. The hotel and staff were very nice and the free breakfast was excellent. Does the neighborhood feel a bit rough? Yes, but it’s nicer than other areas in town. Considering the price for the room and the quality of the service I think it’s an excellent value

The smell in the elevator, and the entire second floor was horrible. Like barf lined hallways. Luckily the smell was not in our room, so we did not request a change. it was hot in Albuquerque, but the AC in the unit was not strong, and never really got down to the desired temp. In addition, the coffee maker in the room was broken, but since there was coffee at breakfast, it worked out.

The hotel its self is great! But the location was a bit weird we left to get some food after a long drive and there was a lady at the entrance obviously on something throwing herself at the cars and screaming at everyone driving past. Was a little much.

Our room was actually fine. Seemed clean and in overall good condition. However the area around the hotel is very sketchy and we did see a number of homeless people around the immediate area. Several areas of hotel seemed nice, but elevators, outdoor areas were gross and not taken care of.

Hotel is run down, needs some TLC. I understand about people wanting to travel with pets, but this hotel had a definite animal smell as well as dog hair all over the carpets. Lots of other reviews said it was sketchy and unsafe, not really, you just have to drive down an access drive to get to the hotel.
