Other than the kind, friendly host, this place is a dump! Sketchy part of town, no TP in the bathroom, dirty bed cover, dirty floors, noisy, breezy window, and the worst…saw a cockroach in the bathroom! Needless to say, didn’t sleep much.

Although conveniently off the highway, it was not what i was anticipating. Hallways were dirty and smelled like a dirty house. While i was sleeping in my room i woke up to use the bathroom and noticed something on the side of the bed. It was not moving so i thought nothing of it. I come back from the bathroom it's gone. I look back at the same spot again and i see a roach crawling on the floor. I killed it and left that mourning/ night at 3:30/4am

Well first of all we were checked into a room that was still being cleaned. When the cleaner left I kept finding things missing. First not one square of toilet paper, no towels of any kind, not one garbage can in the entire place, two burnt out lightbulbs. The floor had not been swept in days, all kinds of grit, dirt, crumbs and whatever over the whole floor . I cannot even begin to guess when it was last washed, very visible sticky drips and spills. The ONLY very clean thing in the room was the bed.Thank goodness for that because after a long day travelling trying to cancel a room, moving to an other hotel seemed like way too much work!!

Hotel is located in a horrible side of town, room did not contain any pots, pans, utensils, plates nor cups and No coffee pot. As someone that’s travels consistently I’ve never stayed in an extended stay suite that did not provide guests all the items above. I can’t imagine myself nor anyone else traveling with all these items in order to ensure a comfortable stay. Believe I will not be booking hotel again.
