"I would definitely recommend this hotel. The staff were friendly & so helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. I had to ask for a different duvet due to it being feather, which wasn’t a bother at all. They gave me a different duvet & pillow. We accidentally left our key card in the room & had to get another one, again this wasn’t too much trouble & weren’t judged for it. It was a lovely chilled vibe. The room was lovely with everything you needed. Diner was opposite the hotel, which again all the staff were friendly and the food was really good! "

"Staff were really friendly at the check in and also in the restaurant. The food was great and the room clean. The carpets were dirty and stained. It was quite hot and no air conditioning. We only stayed for one night and would stay here again. The price was really good as well. "

"Super hotel newly refurbished room and great breakfast included only complaint is the lift was out of order but we were put on the 1st floor and the staff were very apologetic and no problem for us using the stairs."
