The location was perfect, on a quiet private estate, a five minute walk to the beach, and a fifteen minute leisurely stroll to East Wittering itself. The location was ideal for visiting all of the attractions which West Sussex has to offer."

"Absolutely amazing place to stay. Ten minutes from the front and town. Loads to do on the south coast. And the holiday let it’s self well what can I say but it’s perfect. Set on top of a hill with views for miles, quiet even though a working farm. Pigs and chickens to make you smile. Beautiful cottage with everything you may need, stunningly decorated and maintained! 10/10! Couldn’t recommend any higher. A MUST STAY!!!!"

"Do NOT stay at this property - I would go as far to say that I would not stay at any property managed by Henry Adams. There was a large blob of blood, yes blood!, in the crockery drawer right by the plates. Crumbs in the fridge, black mould on the freezer door seal, cobwebs in every room, filthy dirty pole to open roof windows (covered in black dirt), upper floor toilet was leaking, the hairdryer was covered in dirt and the back of its filter was completely clogged and not safe to use, cracked...

"We really enjoyed our stay. Our grandson loved playing in the garden. It was a really safe enclosure with lots for him to do ( especially the trampoline) The house was within walking distance to East Preston beach which is a lovely little pebble beach that was never busy. There are plenty of amenities within walking distance in the village ( shops, cafes etc) The house is really nice and well equipped. "Though the property was what we wanted. Phoned agent on arrival, it was obvious the property had not been checked after cleaners. Rubbish left, dishwasher full contents gone mildew. TV kept switching itself off. Though these were dealt with once reported it was a task I felt I should not have had to deal with on arrival."

"Second visit to the property, Sara and Neville welcomed us back! Perfect little cottage for a base to visit daughter in Brighton. Would definitely recommend sunday dinner at The Swallows Return, its only about a 5 min drive away. Now planning the third visit!"
