"the heater was broken and the technician's attitude was pretty rude talking to us. we ended up moving our room to next door so we lost over 1 hour to take a break before dinner. I wish they have some breakfast service. The view was fantastic and overall I am satisfied. The staffs are all fabulous."

"Great location downtown. Easy walk to local restaurants, bars and shops. Walking distance to craft beer in the South Slope Brewing District and galleries in the River Arts District. Check in was wonderful with an offering craft beer or sparkling wine on arrival. Some rooms are a bit smaller. Staff was helpful with recommendations and directions. The roof top bar is nice, pizza from the restaurant downstairs is available. The speakeasy in the basement has very good drinks. Check on the hours for each because they do not seem consistent. The restaurant next store is very busy so make sure to make a reservation. Definitely would stay again."
