“The Gage was absolutely lovely for a weekend getaway- however — it’s was MUCH further from State College than advertised on Expedia- which said 22 miles. It was actually 37 miles- much further than we planned and made the weekend including WAY more travel- including late at nite- than we anticipated We had plans in SC- and travelled 4 hours to SC.”

“I was delighted to stay with Jayne and Hal. It was as if I were visiting dear family members. I enjoyed "hanging out" with them. I was made to feel comfortable and "at home". Their home is delightful, jammed with mementos of a fascinating life. It was ultra clean, ultra comfortable, and ultra friendly. The bed and bath rooms were super clean and comfortable with little touches like Q-tips which I had forgotten to bring. Jayne wanted to make me breakfast, but my unusual eating habits mitigated……

“The Inn was lovely, Food was delicious. It’s a quiet and comfortable inn just minutes from State College. The innkeepers made it feel like home. The horses were also fun! Hope to be able to visit again before my daughter graduates from PSU.”
