“My overall impression of the property was okay. My main reasons for choosing this property were the amount of bedrooms and the pool and hot tub. That being said it took me over an hour to figure out how to get into the downstairs bedroom. Handles on doors don't turn so seems locked from the inside, I finally got one door opened by force. Had it figured out by the time Judy got back to me. There were no controls for the hot tub I could find, was messaged back that it hadn't worked since "they"……

“Completely filthy, full of mold, broken cabinets, toilet seats, doors, green pool, and more. I took 100 pictures and we contacted VRBO immediately for a refund, but owner has refused. We left immediately and booked a new VRBO rental. We Didn’t stay more than 30 minutes trying to get a new house and refund. Owner keeps saying it was just a party and slightly dirty, didn’t take any responsibility for his messy house. Truly believe somebody lives there and they just move out when guests arrive.……
