"We (Me, mom, and 2 sisters) flew to Oakland to celebrate my aunt's birthday. This rental fit our needs perfectly. 15 minutes from Oakland airport and 20 minutes to Jack London Square. The kitchen is spacious and the dining room table is big enough to seat extended family who visited us. We appreciated having outdoor entertaining space. The 2 bedroom addition is immaculate! Nice big beds and TV's in every bedroom. The water pressure was good and the AC worked perfectly. Everyone was impressed with the layout and decor. We felt very safe in the rental. It's on a city block with the convenience of a driveway. No issues with neighbors. I've already shared the listing with family who will be traveling to Oakland in the future. Highly recommend. "

"Over all it’s good experience! Appreciate the gesture of giving some fruits for the guest. Even though building is old, maintained well. "

"The pictures do not represent the house. The furniture was questionable and the bathrooms were not welcoming. The biggest problem however was that the location was not safe. We were warned by our lyft driver not to go around the neighborhood at night. We left after one night because we were concerned about the safety. The neighbor's dogs barked for hours. Others arrived with a rent a car and you cannot park in the driveway. We were worried about the car being broken into. We will say that the owners were responsive to the concerns about the dog but you cannot change the location."
