"We had to make a last minute change to this property from one we had in San Gimignano, and we are delighted that it worked out that way. The property is super relaxing and the staff made our stay memorable. The owner/on-site chef made a fabulous 3 course meal for dinner, plus dessert, and breakfast was simply perfect If you do not have a car and anticipate hiring a taxi, I advise that you set up the taxi in advance and the owners will be happy to provide a number for you. "The staff were very sweet and accommodating. The apartment was clean, cool, and in an excellent location. The only negative we experienced was the hot water heater cannot keep the shower warm consistently. It was 9 seconds of warm/hot with 30-40 seconds of cold in between. Other than a cold shower, we enjoyed our stay here. Do note that it is right next to a small restaurant so if noise disturbs you, bring ear plugs. We were awake anyway so it didn't bother us. I would absolutely recommend this stay to others/friends."

"This is one of the most beautiful properties in one of the most beautiful little towns off the beaten path we have come across in our extensive travels around Italy. The property is brand new and beautifully designed and decorated with distinctive finishes and furnishings throughout the location is incredible right at the base of the town of Monteleone. The town of Pieve is only a 10 minute drive away both are incredible and worth visiting as is Orvieto. We were most impressed by Front Desk Staff, Member, Anna, who level of professionalism and service was beyond that we’ve encountered in many five star Plus properties. Highly recommend this property as a base to explore the beautiful region of Umbria."
