We have been staying here each year for the last 6 years and never disappointed. Everything is just right ! We love it. The food is freshly cooked , good portions & delicious. The drinks are too, sensibly priced in today’s ever increasing market. The setting is idyllic and so much can be explored on foot or by local bus if not wanting to drive . We just love it here, staff friendly , beds comfy , soft fluffy towels . It’s a cottage feel as the name suggest and not the place if you are wanting gastro overpriced food and accommodation! After all you are paying for the posh wallpaper !! But if you like good honest clean and perfectly adequate accommodation with fabulous food and drink at a reasonable cost then this the the place to be!
