“Great hotel for our overnight stay to catch the Bernina Express the next morning. Very friendly and helpful staff. Lovely town.”

“Lovely boutique hotel with a great location close to the train station. Very well kept and modern. The only downside was the air conditioning in the room not working. After an hour of changing the thermostat when we got to the room it hadn’t lowered at all. We went down to the desk to ask about it and they went onto a laptop to adjust something and said it was fine. An hour later it was still unchanged and uncomfortable but the reception had closed for the evening. We phoned and sent a message……

“Zentrale Lage und nur einen kurzen Spaziergang vom Bahnhof entfernt. Das Hotel und dementsprechend auch die Ausstattung sind schon älter, aber in top Zustand. Es ist ideal für Kurzaufenthalte. Das Zimmer war grosszügig, aber eher einfach ausgestattet. Es ist jedoch alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Das Badezimmer in meinem Zimmer war ziemlich klein. Dennoch waren genügend Ablageflächen vorhanden. Sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet sowie freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Die Sauberkeit war……

Food is outstanding, I loved the parmegiana served by the chef who made an exception for me as I checked in late night way past the kitchen closing! The team does go extra mile to make their guests feel welcome! A great discovery, this hotel! ”

The check-in process was very easy, with clear step-by-step instructions that made everything straightforward. The property was clean and well maintained. The mini kitchen was also clean and very useful, especially for preparing simple meals. The only issue I experienced was with the charging adapter. It would be great if the property could provide……
