“The restaurant has good food ...had a lot per plate.... Had enough towels in room ..beds were comfortable.... Needs a good cleaning...lobby had bugs on floor...had small bugs on restaurant table... Had the handicap room with walk in shower....it was very nice.....”

“I loved everything about it!!!! However the patio up top and the stars go great together!! It was by far the most comfy, cute place I’ve stayed. The calm and quiet was an added bonus! This is the way to go when traveling to Alpine! I can’t wait to visit again! Everything you need in a tiny, comfy place.”

“The property was beautiful and we loved the remote feeling. The stars were beautiful to watch at night! My only complaint is that two weeks before the reservation I asked about if a portable grill, stovetop burner or small charcoal grill was aloud and then messaged two days before and never received an answer. I did have to contact the host day of to receive the code because somehow I didn’t get an email from the host about check in and WiFi code. That was sorted out when I called instead of……

“We stayed here for two nights while visiting the McDonald Observatory in the Davis Mountains. The unit itself was clean, the A/C worked very well, and there was plenty of hot water.There were, however, a few areas that could use some attention. The photos of the back patio are outdated. The space currently has a patio table and a plastic picnic table, but the patio table hadn’t been cleaned in quite some time. The umbrella was a nice touch and provided good shade, but there was an empty water……

“The location was near a train track but it's in the middle of town, so expect 2 am train horns. No biggie for me was sort of cool. The apartment was funky-cool with good features and I enjoyed the open space! Bathroom was fine, kitchen was right there with fridge and coffee maker. Cons1: driveway had a big bump where our car would bottom out. I bought a shovel and filled it in while we were there.2: Beautiful Mulberry tree shaded the huge deck, but it was mulberry season and there were tons of……
