“A complete nightmare—filthy, unsafe, and completely unacceptable. Safety & Noise: The environment felt incredibly unsafe. There were constant arguments among other occupants, with people yelling and shouting at each other well past midnight. Condition of the Property: The entire place was filthy, dirty, and severely run down. The rooms were in terrible shape and clearly have not been properly maintained or cleaned in a long time. Inadequate Parking: The parking lot was being rented out or……
