“It’s hard to write this review because the hosts were wonderful and the chickens and horses were fun. I knew that it was going to be cold, but I would not have booked the room knowing there was a space heater which can be a fire hazard. I also think it was very overpriced. We were in a pinch so had no real choice. Definitely wouldn’t stay there again. ”

“This property absolutely blew us away. The Blue House exceeded our expectations in every way. The host Kelly was always prompt in replying to our messages. The beds were clean and comfortable, the central AC was a real luxury in the Florida heat. Little amenities like a charcoal grill (with charcoal!) A firepit (with firewood!) A fishing pond (with rods and tackle!) And the arcade machine (with thousands of games!) Made our stay feel leisurely and incredible. Our family enjoyed staying here so……

“This is a great place to take your children and grandchildren. They can run free over the 1.5 acre property that is totally fenced in. Your pets are welcome, too. The home is spacious, clean, and well-equipped, but the real attraction is the outdoors. I walked the property with my 4 year granddaughter and the dogs, enjoying the many nuances of the property. We walked from the country road to the river. The property is on the beautiful Suwannee River and has a floating dock and a sandy little……

“We were in town for a baseball state tournament. This was a fantastic place to stay for multiple families. This house has been newly updated and is beautiful in the inside. It was a very short distance to the Sportsplex. The host is very responsive and helpful. I highly recommend this house to all those families coming into Live Oak!”

“We were in the Live Oak area for a wedding shower for our daughter and this house was perfect for accommodating a few families. The location was great and the setup of the house was perfect. It was very clean and you could tell it was newly renovated. The host was very responsive. I do think it was a bit pricey for the location, but overall worked out great.”
