“We came in really late, and Stacey was there at 11 pm to greet us. The trailer was clean and comfy. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you”

“It’s hard to write this review because the hosts were wonderful and the chickens and horses were fun. I knew that it was going to be cold, but I would not have booked the room knowing there was a space heater which can be a fire hazard. I also think it was very overpriced. We were in a pinch so had no real choice. Definitely wouldn’t stay there again. ”

“This property absolutely blew us away. The Blue House exceeded our expectations in every way. The host Kelly was always prompt in replying to our messages. The beds were clean and comfortable, the central AC was a real luxury in the Florida heat. Little amenities like a charcoal grill (with charcoal!) A firepit (with firewood!) A fishing pond (with rods and tackle!) And the arcade machine (with thousands of games!) Made our stay feel leisurely and incredible. Our family enjoyed staying here so……

“We absolutely adored this place. There are so many thoughtful and well organized areas that were perfect for smaller groups of people to enjoy together or separately. We had a group of 3 teens and another group of 3 smaller boys that came for the day. Some people went to the river while others stayed back at the pool. The outdoor bathroom near the pool area was VERY convenient. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were all very comfortable. We loved the TV in the pool area. The outdoor……

“We were in town for a baseball state tournament. This was a fantastic place to stay for multiple families. This house has been newly updated and is beautiful in the inside. It was a very short distance to the Sportsplex. The host is very responsive and helpful. I highly recommend this house to all those families coming into Live Oak!”
