“Room was clean and beds were memory foam. There was no table in my room, so I had to eat dinner sitting on my bed.”

“Easy parking. Friendly staff. We extended our stay and had to switch rooms. The 1st kingsize bad was great. But when we changed rooms the queen size bed sagged in the middle.”

“The Air B & B was amazing. The property and the A B & B was awesone, Clean, Quiet and very comfortable. Although some nights got a bit chilly and this property only had AC no heat. We managed just fine. We left it in perfect conditions according to the directions they wanted it left in. Thank you so much and we will be renting again. We also would recommend this to others. ”

“They no longer have a spa. This is a very old place, while the rooms were clean and orderly, they're very outdated. But that is part of the charm. The restaurant however is excellent. Great food at a very reasonable price.”

“We got in a day late because of Delta , because we were late by 1 day, Hampton in kept $1,074 and change and refused the room I had paid that money for. They did have another room I could book for another $651 and change. I wasn't there for vacation, my daughter passed away so the trip was necessary. I will never go to Perry, FL again.”

“Room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Bathroom was clean and everything functioned fine. Clerk at desk, i believe her name was Maria, was very nice and accommodating. Her suggestion for local area dining was spot on and she did let us check in a few minutes early. I would stay there again.”

“The room was fine. The exterior was a little off-putting. It looked like it was in bad repair. The motel is just an old Florida motel. The decor was a little kitschy but it was clean, there was refrigerator and microwave (which we didn't use), the beds were comfortable and there was a nice TV but with limited channels. The only issue was noise. It is apparently a residence motel and there were a number of workers/laborers staying there. We wanted to siesta and they wanted to fiesta. We had an……

“Rundown condition / very odd check-in with Confusion about the Expedia account and the former owner. Avoid it avoid it. Go down the road. There are several others on 19. That is what I will do from here on out. Oh, and did I forget they are asking for cash upfront which is another red flag.”
