“Easy parking. Friendly staff. We extended our stay and had to switch rooms. The 1st kingsize bad was great. But when we changed rooms the queen size bed sagged in the middle.”

“Very clean and well maintained. Parking lot was well lit and spotless. Bed was comfortable and area was quiet. It’s an older motel, no frills, but you can tell the owner takes pride in it. The gentleman that checked me in and out was super nice. No coffee pot in room, just mini fridge and microwave so I brought some instant coffee. The owner said I could bring my own coffee maker if I wanted to. I will definitely be staying there again. Also, no pool but a great place to stay otherwise.”

“There’s more going on in Live Oak than I ever dreamed. We enjoyed this convenient roadside stay, several good dining options nearby as well as a Walmart Supercenter and Tractor Supply just 5 miles away!”

“This was a great stay. It was clean, and very quiet, which is exactly what I was looking for. Loved the remote area. Would absolutely stay there again. The outside might need a little work, but the room completely exceeded my expectations.”

“Well I came there expecting for them to have a Spa. Because they said that had one on their website. Then I called them before I even came to get the prices for the Spa and they said that the person was not there that day. To me to call back. But it was already time for me to go there so I told myself I would see the prices when I get there. So i get there and there is no Spa. I was very upset. Then they said that they had free breakfast in the morning. But there was no actual breakfast. Only……

“Great breakfast..staff was difficult at checkin..was lecture on 3rd party stays and hotel charges more on weekends, etc..Clean room and comfortable. ”

“Do not stay here we booked for 5 nights. Stayed for one and had to check out early due to finding bed bugs in our bed. We couldn’t not properly communicate with owners because limited English so was unable to even get a refund. It is very loud at night with kids running around because they also use the hotel as an apartment complex. ”

“The Air B & B was amazing. The property and the A B & B was awesone, Clean, Quiet and very comfortable. Although some nights got a bit chilly and this property only had AC no heat. We managed just fine. We left it in perfect conditions according to the directions they wanted it left in. Thank you so much and we will be renting again. We also would recommend this to others. ”

“The employees are super friendly and helpful. The conditions are overall good but the facilities need touch up on walls, doors, and other surfaces that are dirty and have handprints.The place has recently been worked on as evidenced by new floors in the units I stayed in and those I was able to see. The cleaning of the units seems to be good overall. ”

“Stay away from this place !!!! I feel like I was robbed and I know I was scammed by the girl that was working there! She had a sign on the counter saying Cash Only which I paid! When we got to the room and realized that the beds were hard as a rock and the bathroom was dirty we went back to the office and said we wanted our money back because we couldn’t sleep on the bed and she smirked and said it doesn’t work that way just because we didn’t like the bed and refused to give us the money!!! She……

“When we arrived at the room at 8 pm, the room was cleaned soon before. Chemicals smelled horrible, and the floor of the room entrance and bathroom were slipery. Next evening when we arrived back, the room and bathroom were untouched, beds not done, bathroom a mess. Horrible. ”
