5/5 - Excellent
Saw many burros.... very entertaining

We love Longstreet. The only problem was the clouds, which were pretty, but we were hoping to see a meteor shower in the dark skies of Death Valley. It's not the newest place, and some would call it kitschy, but it's a standalone place on the edge of nowhere. It's clean and safe, the restaurant has ...

Beautiful scenery. All the essentials are provided and then some. Great host and would stay with again.

This was the perfect stay for our trip to Death Valley national park! The views were unbeatable and it was quiet which was exactly what we wanted. Was stocked with everything we needed and more, really enjoyed the ability to have a fire one night!

It's kind of in the middle of no where, but it's a good place to stay while visiting Death Valley National Park with reasonable driving distance and price.
Will come next time
There isn't a lot to offer in Amargosa Valley. It was not far from Death Valley NP and other than staying in the park (which was expensive) there isn't much else to choose from. Ash Meadows Natl Wildlife Refuge was very nice & right in Amargosa.
Stunning scenery
Not much around. You either go there to gamble in the casino, or for nearby work. Or, a place to stay after visiting Death Valley.
