"Terrible, the room was infested with mosquitoes and the bathroom had cockroaches. The staff were speaking loudly outside our door from 6.30am so we were worken up. Bin in room wasn't emptied from last guest and toilet wasn't flushed when we arrived. "Great place overlooking charmingly flowing Mahaweli river. Wonderful staff always with a smile and had a great time with Madagama. Dining was exceptional.
