"Very nice hotel with some character. Excellent breakfast. Sofa bed was very uncomfortable. Bathroom amenities can be better. No shampoo and conditioner. No AC or fans, it’s hot if we close windows. Noisy if we open windows."

"The breakfast was very good and the view from the 11th floor restaurant was a treat. A great travel hotel. Met expectations on everything except breakfast which exceeded expectations. The fellow on reception who greeted us was delightful and helpful."

"This property is brand new and the shower all filled the bathroom with 1/2” of water the staff was unable to assist. They made piles of towels to block the water from the poorly built bathrooms they are all like this. No concessions could be made by the hotel"

"Excellent location. Easy to access all of inner Innsbruck. Very helpful staff. Room was cleaned each day. Upper floor was a little warm with no AC but would be expected for most of Europe. Fans were provided and not usual to have 90+ degree day I would expect. Small kitchenette and refrigerator in room. Overall great stay."
