“The service is very poor, and the whole building is closed! The air conditioner is very cold! If you are not allowed to transfer, you will be fined 250 dollars. This fine and that fine are simply stealing money. Cheap is cheap, but there are too many other expenses.”

“Basic hotel. Our building had a sort of false roof tha we could hear the snoring on one side, on the other side room, the coughing. People hanging wet cloth on the hallway walls...in all floors. Incredible they permit such a bad taste behavior.”

No se puede descansar en el hotel, el motivo principal de la estadía era para descansar y desconectar, pero el bullicio era sumamente desagradable. Realmente no volvería!!! No lo recomiendo si lo que quieres es descansar, no tienen control en los ascensores, jóvenes marcando todos los botones , una eternidad poder subir al cuarto. La seguridad es……

“The property is beautiful. The pool and pool area is incredible. There were lots of activities around the pool to participate in if you wanted. - pickleball, miniature golf, children's play area, etc. The bar and food is wonderful and the facility itself is amazing. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Don't come to this property to enjoy the beautiful Caribbean Sea - the beach is not beautiful, and the bottom of the water has rocks and seaweed and is not clear. ”
