“The rooms are only cleaned every 5th day. How every they changed this without notice. So we almost didn't get it cleaned. All the ice machine were broken. When you brought issues to the staff, the gave excuses not remedies. We have stayed here before and had went down hill tremedusly.”

The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well maintained without feeling outdated. The location is a huge plus. It’s close to the airport and within easy walking distance to Coconut Marketplace, where you can find restaurants and a grocery store. “No new towels were provided and security door was not working properly Mold in shower ceiling. Had to call staff after hours regarding couldn’t get into our room. Toilet not ada hard for my husband to bend down so low”

“Room is clean, location is good, near many food options, easy access to many places. However, charged for the resort fee that covers breakfast, morning yoga, and parking, their breakfast is a joke, package pastries and cereal, all the unhealthy premade package food. But that is the only complaint, everything else is good.”
