“The rooms are clean and the grounds seem to be well kept...other then that my stay was horrible. The location is weird and the property owner is not at all professional or customer service friendly. I should have left when I first got to the place because while I was checking in the property owner was reading off a clipboard full of his personal rules while staying at the property... It was overwhelming and very unrealistic and so uncomfortableb but I understand that was his place and he had……

“This was our 2 nd trip there since they opened this year. Everything was 100% perfect The breakfast was amazing. Pancakes , eggs bagels fresh fruit yogurt bar and Oatmeal bar. The rooms have k cup coffee machines and bed are very comfortable beds. Shampoo conditioner and shower gel supplied. also hand soap and lotion in dispensers. 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“Place was just ok for a couple night stay. You have to go to another loction to pick up and drop off key. Staff there were friendly. Not to far away, within walking distance. Couple blocks away from waterfront area. Bed was ok, couch to sit on was not very good. Room was roomy. Shower flow for hot water was not very good. There is a decent size outdoor sitting area. You will hear noise. I don't think I would stay here again.”

“Lovely room and bathroom, but hotel is not in a location that you can walk to historic Beaufort. Our displeasure with hotel started with being greeted by a teenager wanting to park our car or moving it off site. Having been hiking beach locations up the NC coast, our belongings were not amenable for his service. When I went inside to register, neither clerk recognized me because they were watching a wedding party take pictures in the lobby. We decided then we would not partake in any meals……

“Room was very clean, comfortable bed, beachfront was awesome! My only issue were the walls are very thin so hope your neighbors are quiet. Mine were not! They talked and laughed very loud all evening long. I don't mind people having fun but these guests did not respect other neighbors. I had to call front desk twice. Not sure that helped for it went on well after 11 pm. I had to turn up TV just to drown out the noise. Besides that, a good stay. Restaurants and bars were not open in the……
